Email Producer_Russ Reid Company

Build and deploy responsive emails for 30+ clients, manage the email production process, receive and traffic requests, assign production resources, organize production assets, and provide real-time direction to digital and production team members. Collaborate with cross-functioning teams and stakeholders across all stages of campaign development from planning to deployment. Manage a high-volume workload, maintain workflow, develop, recommend, and implement measures to improve internal production methods.

Provided design and production support for clients in the travel + hospitality, food + beverage, and art + design industries. Contributed to several website builds, blogs, e-mail campaigns, landing pages, and print collateral. Designed and produced e-mail templates for use in MailChimp and Emma email service platforms, trained clients to manage their CMS websites (WordPress), and was the liaison for web developers and the Creative Director to communicate technical issues and solutions.
